M5 Engineering is an engineering company located on Brisbane's northside in Lawnton, that provides a quality Design, manufacturing, re-manufacturing, fabrication, welding and fitting services.
We offer many services which including: Lathe turning, surface grinding, chemical cleaning, engineering design, welding repair and fabrication. We have extensive experience with Refrigeration and HVAC Compressor remanufacturing, hydraulic cylinder repairs, (including clevis replacement and complete re-seals), general welding repairs (including excavator bucket re-floor and leading edge replacement).
Hydraulic Cylinder Repairs
Hydraulic Cylinder Repairs with Clevis replacement as well as custom pivot pin manufacture with internal grease passage to ensure grease gets to where it is needed most. We also offer re bushing services for equipment using Nitride treated and cylindrically ground bushings to ensure the correct clearances for long service life.
Hydraulic reseals and re-paint
We offer Hydraulic cylinder re-seal services which include:
- Hydraulic cylinder reseals/sourcing of seals
- Full cylinder overhaul or manufacture
- Eye repairs or modification

Engineering Design
The design and drafting based on manufacturing process is necessary to prevent lost time and excess rework during the manufacturing process. we use Solid works to design/draft and assemble all parts prior to materials being ordered to prevent costly rework and material wastage. We have design and drafting experience specializing in heavy earthmoving equipment design and fabrication.
